One operational file.
Seven modules.

The bank compliance production line, redesigned around verified inputs, controlled AI and decisions tied to source. Springwood is not an alert repository. It is an automated line for intake, verification, monitoring, investigation, reporting and assurance — with the working file generated as the work is performed.

with a controlled input.

§ 01 / Body

In ordinary compliance operations, analysts spend their time finding, checking and re-checking the same evidence. The compliance bottleneck is rarely judgement — it is reassembly.

Springwood turns the process into a controlled sequence: collect the source, validate the source, extract the facts, compare the facts, score the risk, then write the decision record. Each stage hands forward to the next on the same operational file.

The result is that the audit picture is the live picture. When a regulator asks how was this decision made, the answer is already on the file.

  • Identity, document and livenessEvidence is collected at the start and recorded with provenance.
  • Business and ownership dataConverted into a structured client profile, not an attachment.
  • Expected transaction behaviourBecomes the active baseline for monitoring.
  • Screening, OSINT and fraud signalsUpdate the same client record continuously.
  • Investigation fileDocuments, checks, transactions, AI reasons, approvals — all linked.

The customer record assembled at intake is the same record opened here — no second copy, no separate case management system, no manual export.

§ 03 / Body

Springwood creates continuity between onboarding and ongoing monitoring. The facts collected during KYC and KYB do not sit in a static archive. They become active variables in transaction monitoring, fraud detection and investigation. The table below reads top-to-bottom as the operational flow of a single customer.

StageWhat Springwood doesOperational benefit
01 / Client intakeCaptures identity, documents, ownership, role, address, business activity and expected behaviour on a single record.Fewer manual requests. Cleaner first-time review.
02 / Risk assemblyCombines KYC, KYB, sanctions, PEP, OSINT, adverse indicators and policy requirements into a structured risk record.Risk score is explainable from source material.
03 / MonitoringTests transactions against declared behaviour, ownership context, corridor risk, counterparties and known typologies.Alert review starts with context already attached.
04 / InvestigationBuilds the case from the customer profile, transaction trail, OSINT links, model outputs and analyst notes — pre-assembled.Analysts focus on judgement, not reconstruction.
05 / ReportingCreates SAR / STR drafts and FIU packs from the validated investigation file with retention and approvals attached.Reduced reporting time. Stronger decision record.
